Melodie Elam Bio

Melodie Elam, Executive Assistant/Communications

Melodie Elam has served as the Rector’s Secretary since January 2004.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Georgia.  Prior to coming to St. Mary’s, Melodie worked for over ten years in the field of Human Resources Management including two years of owning and operating an HR consulting firm.  In addition to providing administrative support for the Rector and the Vestry, Melodie handles most of St. Mary’s communications including the newsletter and the web site.  Melodie and her husband Brandon have been members of St. Mary’s since 1996; they have one daughter, Olivia.
